As a more direct and helpful form of support than mere commiseration, in the spirit of the "wall" scene in "An Officer and a Gentleman," those of us who haven't been bubbled are holding the rope beside you, feet on the wall, ready to talk you over the top. Post your articles ahead of time and all of us, hopefully some CEs as well, will look for anything that might hang you up.
I have posted intros, sections and even whole articles on many occasions, asking for and receiving valuable advice from fellow writers and DMS CEs. Hopefully this post will be received in its intended helpful spirit.
As a start, take a look at the edits on your last 10 articles, both accepted and rejected, and look for patterns. Were you dismissive or rude to the CE (I have done this more often than I should) or could your statements be interpreted as rude or dismissive ? Did you leave a note to the CE letting him/her know you addressed each issue listed? Did you follow DMS guidelines, citing the relevant sections and pages when you questioned or challenged something or asked for clarification? Did you follow AP style to the best of your ability and knowledge and ask for advice when you were not sure about something?
Did you do a grammar and spelling check before posting? Did you cite your references in the Reference section in the order they were mentioned in your text? Did you put your overflow references in the resource section, as the guidelines state we are supposed to do (hint: the statement telling us to do that is in red on page 57).

These are just a few questions to ask yourself. If you have done all these things, hang in there. It (being bubbled) can happen to any of us at any time. This too shall pass. In the meantime, run through Kenneth's post about the 87 places to find more work.
